Q: When do you ship out orders?
A: We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. As soon as Last Resort AB has received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sale period and new releases it may take longer time than normal for us. 

Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a package?
A: It depends, but usually 3-5 business days for the USA

Last Resort currently ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

    TRANSPORT DAMAGE

    IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST OR YOU, UPON RECEIVING, NOTICE THAT THE ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REPORT THIS TO US.
     

    UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

    FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT CASHED AT YOUR POST OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS, POLAR SKATE CO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU A HANDLING FEE TO COVER RETURN SHIPPING AND FREIGHT COMPANIES’ ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.

    RETURNS

    Q: What is your return policy?
    A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.lastresortab.com. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs with the exception of faulty items. 

    Q: How does your refund process work?

    Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
    A: No, we do not make any exchanges. What you can do is return the item, and make a new order.
